Siebel Telecoms Functional Consultant – Contract (Remote)

We’re looking for an experienced Siebel Functional Consultant to support a major enterprise programme in Saudi Arabia, delivered fully remote.

• 8+ years Siebel CRM functional experience
• Strong background in requirements gathering, functional design & UAT
• Siebel Configuration
    o Good knowledge & work experience on Account & Contact management
    o Good knowledge & work experience on Assistant Agent Billing Care
    o Siebel CRM Scripting /Open UI
  • CRM order Management & EAI 
  • Siebel Workforce management
  • Siebel PRM/ Dealer management,
  • Siebel Field Service
  • Siebel BI Publisher Reports

• Confident working with senior stakeholders and system integrators
• Remote delivery aligned to KSA time zone
• Siebel 20.xxxx above
