🔸 Experience: 6+ years in telecom IT with 5+ years hands-on Oracle OSM development/implementation
Key Responsibilities:
◽ Lead the design and delivery of Oracle Order and Service Management (OSM) solutions for telecom order orchestration and fulfillment
◽ Develop and customize OSM cartridges (process modeling, decomposition, fallout handling, orchestration patterns) aligned with business requirements
◽ Drive integrations with upstream/downstream systems (e.g., CRM, inventory, provisioning) and support end-to-end order flows through fulfillment
◽ Take ownership of complex troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and performance/stability improvements across environments
◽ Collaborate closely with architects, BAs, QA, and operations to ensure high-quality releases, smooth deployments, and effective handovers
◽ Support junior team members through guidance, knowledge sharing, and lightweight reviews/best practices
Nice to Have:
◽ Solid working knowledge of Oracle UIM and Oracle ASAP, with strong understanding of end-to-end OSS/BSS architecture and telecom order-to-activation flows (service fulfillment, inventory, provisioning)
Daily rate: 350€-400€
Duration: 6months and possibility for extension.
