Field Marketing Specialist – 12 Month FTC
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days per week in office)
A leading global cloud and data technology company is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to join their UKI team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.
This role will support the regional Field Marketing Manager in executing a variety of marketing initiatives including field-based demand generation campaigns, digital marketing activities, and events designed to build brand awareness, generate leads, and accelerate sales opportunities.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams across EMEA, including marketing, events, PR, growth, operations, and regional sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns on time and within budget
- Manage project timelines and ensure all activities align with brand standards
- Coordinate logistics and execution for events and digital campaigns
- Work with external vendors and oversee fulfilment/inventory management
- Set campaign goals and define success metrics including lead generation targets
- Maintain strong communication between sales and marketing teams
- Represent the business professionally with external vendors and industry partners
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within enterprise software or SaaS
- Experience delivering field marketing campaigns and events is advantageous
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Excel, and WordPress
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organisational, project management, and execution skills
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desirable
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel across the UK and Ireland occasionally to support events (1–2 times per quarter)
Additional Information
This is a hybrid role based in London, requiring office attendance 3 days per week.
