Looking for good expereinced ECE Skilled resources to work on Telecomms projects based in Malaysia and India. Resources must be based anywhere in Asia and happy to work on-site or Remotely.

Responsibilities:

• BRM Opcode, OCOMC cartridge and ECE extension development bug-fix, monitoring
• Pricing configuration design and Configuration through PDC will be advantage
• BRM application monitoring and Maintenance

Mandatory Skills:

• Experience in
• designing price plans (products, discounts, charge, etc.)
• Fixing incidents in customized BRM using OPCODES. Experience in Elastic Charging Engine and Pricing Design Center (PDC).
• at least four of the following BRM product areas – Subscription management, Rating & Discounting, Billing & Invoicing, Payments & AR, GL, Collections, Third-party integration.
• configuring Online/Offline Charging with ECE
• OCOMC knowledge will be advantage
• Knowledge on Dunning & Collections, BRM Wholesale Billing & Interconnect Manager
• RODOD integrations, ECE, BIP integration knowledge will be added skills
• Telecom Enterprise Products.
• Invoice Customization and notification framework
• Good in programming using C, Java and scripts using perl or shell

Desirable Technical Skills:

• Analyzing issues, understand ITIL process to manage operation and support of Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) with ECE.
• Should have expertise hands on in ECE, online/offline rating with good analytical skills
• Should have extensive debugging and monitoring skills in ECE
• Should have good BRM/ECE implementation experience on RxDOD stack
• Having PCRF working knowledge and architecture added advantage
• Should have good BRM/ECE/OCOMC upgrade experience
• Should have very good understanding HA/DR architectures
• Good hands on configuration management tools and Using the latest devops (bit bucket, GIT etc.)
