We are seeking an experienced CC&B (Customer Care and Billing) Developer to join our team in Manila. As a CC&B Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing complex solutions using the Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) product suite.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Oracle Utilities CC&B applications
• Write code in Java, Groovy, SQL, and other programming languages as necessary
• Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations to the CC&B product suite
• Develop and maintain CCS (Customer Care) and C2M (Customer-to-Meter) solutions in CC&B
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CC&B applications
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Participate in software development life cycle activities, including design, coding, testing, and deployment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) product suite
• Experience in Java, Groovy, and SQL programming
• Strong understanding of OUAF (Oracle Utilities Application Framework)
• Experience developing CCS (Customer Care) and C2M (Customer-to-Meter) solutions in CC&B
• Experience with software development life cycle methodologies and practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus
• Oracle Utilities Certification is a plus
