Our client is seeking a talented and experienced C2M CC&B Solution Architect to join its team. In this role, the Solution Architect will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the customer information and billing system, as well as related customer service applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CC&B processes and technologies, and be able to provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team to ensure the successful implementation of the CC&B system

• Design and implement CC&B and system components, including the integration of third-party systems and applications

• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications

• Participate in the development of project plans and schedules, and ensure that project milestones are met on time and within budget

• Develop and maintain system documentation, including system architecture diagrams, design specifications, and test plans

• Participate in system testing and quality assurance activities, and ensure that the system meets all functional and performance requirements

• Provide training and support to end-users, and ensure that the system is operating effectively and efficiently

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in CC&B system design and implementation with more recent experience of C2M

• Experience with Oracle CC&B version 2.6 or higher

• Strong understanding of CC&B processes and technologies

• Experience with Java, J2EE, and web services

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• PMP or other project management certification is a plus
