Graph Database Expert & Architect — Neo4j (Azure)
*Role:* Design and own the enterprise Neo4j graph platform on Azure, including ontology, retrieval, operations, and cost governance. 
*Key responsibilities:*
– Design graph ontology, domain model, node/relationship schema, constraints, and data-quality rules in Neo4j.
– Build Cypher-based retrieval, multi-hop traversal, path expansion, and graphRAG patterns for enterprise AI use cases.
– Define indexing strategy—property, full-text, and vector indexes—to optimize latency and retrieval accuracy.
– Parse structured and unstructured sources into entities, relationships, and traversable knowledge graphs.
– Establish an operations framework on Azure: ingestion pipelines, schema versioning, monitoring, backup/HA, security, performance tuning, and deployment standards.
– Deploy and operate Neo4j on Azure (AuraDB or Azure VM/container-based Neo4j), integrating with Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI, Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Key Vault, and Entra ID.
– Optimize Azure compute, storage, networking, licensing, and query costs; provide deployment and FinOps recommendations.
*Must-have skills:* Neo4j, Cypher, graph modeling/ontology, Graph Data Science, vector search, multi-hop querying, Python, Azure data/AI services, performance tuning, and Azure cost optimization.
*Nice-to-have:* GraphRAG, LLM orchestration, knowledge-graph extraction, Azure DevOps, enterprise data governance, and FinOps.
