CC&B Sr Technical Consultant

• 15+ years CC&B technical design experience; 1–2 upgrades
• Requirements analysis, design & configuration; lead client workshops and solution design
• Produce functional + technical design documents
• Hands-on troubleshooting/config: UI Maps, BPA scripts, plug-ins, service scripts, BOs, service tasks
• Strong XAI / XSLT / XPath; Oracle methodologies; CC&B best practices
