Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer / Subject Matter Expert with 8–10+ years of experience in Oracle Access Portal (OAP) and telecom CRM application development. The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development expertise using PHP (Yii2), Oracle Database, and modern web technologies to deliver scalable customer management and operational solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise CRM applications using PHP (Yii2 Framework).
- Build scalable and modular solutions supporting telecom customer lifecycle management.
- Develop and support customer, account, service, subscription, and billing management functionalities.
- Manage end-to-end application development, including frontend, backend, and Oracle database integration.
- Implement and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and application security controls.
- Develop audit logging and monitoring capabilities for business-critical operations.
- Implement real-time validation, data management grids, and workflow automation features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI, application, and database issues.
- Ensure adherence to secure coding standards and best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Oracle Access Portal (OAP) and telecom CRM solutions.
- PHP (Yii2 Framework) development expertise.
- Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
- REST APIs, AJAX, and secure authentication mechanisms.
- JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS, and Bootstrap.
- Apache Web Server administration and configuration.
- Unix/Linux environments.
- Strong understanding of customer management, service management, subscriptions, billing, and telecom operations.
Preferred Experience
- Telecom OSS/BSS environments.
- Enterprise application architecture and workflow automation.
- Security, audit, and compliance-focused application development.
