• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Oracle OSM 7.x/8.x cartridges and telecom order fulfilment workflows.
• Manage end-to-end order lifecycle, including order capture, decomposition, orchestration, fulfilment, and completion.
• Perform OSM installation, upgrades, configuration, and data migration activities.
• Develop and enhance OEP middleware components, integrations, notification frameworks, and bulk order management solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations with OSS/BSS platforms including UIM, ASAP, BRM, CRM, and external systems.
• Develop automation plug-ins, XQuery transformations, SOAP services, and Java-based solutions.
• Administer and optimise Oracle WebLogic environments, including installation, patching, tuning, and scaling.
• Configure and manage Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) for monitoring system performance, health, incidents, and infrastructure.
• Support CI/CD processes using Git, Jenkins, and Artifactory.
• Troubleshoot order fallout issues and perform impact assessments and compatibility analysis.
